    Currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1-3 yrs of RN experience in the preop to work in our Pre-Op Department in Rockwall, Texas, and who will provide service excellence and support the hospital's mission, vision and values through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.


    Responsible for assisting with decision making, program planning,, and implementation of patient care delivery systems which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the system. Facilitates the organization and management to achieve optimal patient appropriate resource utilization.  Builds and maintains strategic relationships.  Builds and maintains high performing care delivery teams.  Manages conflict and competing imperatives.  Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and community.  Possesses requisite level of technical and professional knowledge in Nursing including exceptional leadership skills. 


    Requires knowledge of Federal and State regulatory agency standards related to health care organizations. Cognitive and technical knowledge and ability to progressively manage care delivery across the continuum of care is required.  The ability to retrieve, communicate and present data and information both verbally and in writing required. Must be flexible with work scheduling. Involves discretion and independent actions within prescribed limits.


    -  Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred

    -  Current Texas RN license required

    -  Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR & ACLS are required

    -  At least 1-3 years of RN nursing experience is required
