    We are currently seeking a Director of Quality that will succeed in taking Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall to the next level in healthcare.  The Director will be responsible for providing direction, leadership and coordination in all areas involving quality and risk management, patient safety and infection prevention.  The incumbent will work with leadership to develop strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout Hospital and work with staff to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. 


    The Director of Quality will be responsible for Quality/ Risk Management, Infection Control. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to design, implement and maintain ongoing healthcare quality, patient safety, utilization and clinical risk management strategies, systems, processes and associated activities. Key responsibilities involves the development and/or coordination of effective measurement, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of patient care and service processes and outcomes; regulatory and accreditation requirements and processes; quality improvement activities by all members of the healthcare delivery team. Builds and maintains strategic relationships and customer loyalty among physicians, employees and community. Manages conflict and competing imperatives. Possesses requisite level of technical and clinical knowledge.



    • BSN preferred
    • 3-5 years clinical / management experience
    • Current Texas RN license



    • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
    • Ability to collect, analyze and organize data
    • Team facilitation skills
    • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
    • Ability to educate and motivate
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
