The Marketing Manager will join a high performing, dedicated leadership team. You will be presented with an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, outcomes driven care.


The Marketing Manager is responsible for community engagement, media relations, customer service and branding.  Also responsible for ensuring the culture and charisma of the organziation are present in all communications by ensuring the mission, vision and values are reflected.  Position shall support THRW strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality and performance improvement process activities.


  • Conducts market research, including market share, image, focus groups
  • Develops and coordinates all collaterals from consent to executive and distribution (e.g. print advertisements, direct mail, product line brochures, facility newsletters)
  • Fosters positive relationships with local broadcast and print media, maintaining appropriate records for all media contacts.
  • Serves as a facility media spokesperson; determines appropriateness of media requests for information and formulates the content, timing and manner of media releases in conformance with policies and code of ethics; works with President code of ethcs; works with President as required on routine and crisis communications
  • Develops, coordinates and maintains community relations activities consistent with hospital business plan.
  • Develop and maintain project and community calendars.
  • Manages the development of screenings, seminars, and community health fairs and speakers bureaus to target clinical services.
  • Represents hospital in community organizations, and events.         


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant journalism, public relations, or marketing communications experience.Requires thorough knowledge of journalism, marketing communications, or public relations with strong experience in speechwriting, preferably, internal and/or external or executive communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; experience in message development and communications planning; thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar and usage.
  • Understand complex verbal or written instructions
  • Excellent typing skills and thorough computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, news and executive writing, proofreading and editing skills and the ability to design and layout presentations.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, inclulding social media
  • Photography knowledge
