We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative and innovative Nursing Director of Emergency Services that will succeed in taking Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall to the next level in healthcare.  The Director will be responsible for assisting with decision making, program planning, and implementation of clinical care delivery systems which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the system.

Builds and maintains strategic relationships

Builds and maintains high performing clinical care delivery teams

Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and community

Possesses requisite level of technical and professional knowledge in clinical area of expertise including exceptional leadership skills



Requires knowledge of Federal, State and required regulatory agency standards related to health care organizations.  Cognitive and technical knowledge and ability to progressively manage clinical care delivery. The ability to retrieve, communicate and present data and information both verbally and in writing required as is the ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken and written work.  Must be flexible with work scheduling.  Involves discretion and independent action within prescribed limits.

  • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current TX Registered Nurse license
  • 3-5 years of clinical management experience in relevant area
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification
